ABOUT FOUNDER
Managing Partner - Raniwati Malik SH
Raniwati Malik is the Founder and Managing Partner of MSA Counsellors at Law. She obtained her degree in International Law from Padjadjaran University – Bandung in 1983. She has had over thirty years of experience as a legal counsel and held numerous executive positions at one of the country’s leading Group of Companies and is currently a member of the Board of Commissioners in some companies. Her legal expertise includes Corporate Law, Foreign Investment and Joint Venture Transactions, Banking & Finance, Capital Market, Debt Restructuring, Employment Law, Mergers, Acquisitions and Liquidations. Raniwati Malik is a member of the Indonesian Bar Associations (PERADI, AKHI) and she is registered and licensed as a capital market lawyer at the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).

The Finance and Administration Department plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of MSA. Headed by Dhini Nursanti, all the financial and administrative aspects as well as the office management of MSA are under the coordination of this department.
